Concrete rapid freeze-thaw testing machine (all-in-one machine)

Product Overview:

The Concrete Rapid Freeze-Thaw Testing Machine (Integrated Machine) employs the water-freeze/water-thaw method, specifically designed for freeze-thaw resistance testing of concrete specimens with dimensions of 100*100*400mm. It can hold 3 sets of specimens (10 in total, including 1 center specimen) at a time. During testing, the specimen is placed in a rubber cylinder filled with water, which is then placed in a specimen tank filled with antifreeze. The machine uses cooling or heating of the antifreeze to freeze and thaw the specimen, completing the full concrete freeze-thaw test process.

This equipment operates fully automatically without manual intervention. It automatically stops and issues an audible alert after the set number of tests (default 50). To continue testing, the set number of tests can be accumulated.

  1. Freeze-thaw cycle: 2.5~4 hours (thawing time ≥ 1/4 of the freeze-thaw cycle)
  2. Center temperature of specimen at the end of freezing: -18±2℃
  3. Center temperature of specimen at the end of thawing: 5±2℃
  4. Cooling time: 1.5~2.5 hours | Heating time: 1.0~1.5 hours
  5. Temperature difference between specimen center and surface: <28℃
  6. Standard number of cycles: ≥300 cycles
