Descripción de producto
NT BUILD 492 Concrete Chloride Ion Diffusion Coefficient Tester

The NT BUILD 492 Concrete Chloride Ion Diffusion Coefficient Tester quantitatively evaluates concrete's resistance capacity to chloride ion diffusion. Based on DuraCrete unsteady electromigration test theory, this equipment provides essential parameters for designing and assessing the durability of concrete structures in chloride ion erosion environments.

This tester is suitable for concrete specimens with maximum aggregate size not exceeding 25mm (typically not more than 20mm), whether laboratory-produced or core samples. The resulting data serves as a foundation for concrete durability mix design in chloride environments and for quality inspection and assessment.

Experimental Procedure
  1. Cut concrete sample into cylindrical test blocks (100mm diameter, 50±2mm thickness)
  2. Clean test blocks using ultrasonic cleaning
  3. Install cleaned sample on specimen fixture, inject test solution, and connect to test host
  4. Activate SY-RCM chloride migration coefficient tester for electromigration experiments
  5. After electromigration, split sample axially and spray silver nitrate on the split surface
  6. Input data into host for automatic calculation of channel migration coefficient
