Product Overview

The concrete chloride ion flux analyzer measures the concrete's resistance to chloride ion penetration (density), a key durability performance indicator. The test index is the 6-hour flux value (coulombs) of the concrete specimen, enabling evaluation of the concrete's ability to resist chloride ion penetration.

Testing Procedure
  1. Cut the concrete standard sample into 50mm thickness test block
  2. Saturate the sample with water in the intelligent concrete vacuum saturated machine
  3. After vacuum saturation, install specimens on the fixture
  4. Inject concrete solution (NaCl negative, NaOH positive) into specimen fixed poles
  5. Connect concrete flux detector power and positive/negative of specimen fixture
  6. Connect test host and test software control; obtain test results after 6 hours
  7. Data is automatically saved and can be printed
