Product introduction:

 

The thermal insulation clothing convection heat conduction tester (GD-ISO9151) is designed strictly in accordance with ISO 9151 and EN 367 standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results. The equipment uses a high-precision copper calorimeter and an imported Meckel burner, which can accurately measure the thermal conductivity of protective clothing and protective gloves under flame exposure. It is widely used in fire protection clothing-related companies and testing institutions.

Main Feature:

  • The heating test device comprises several components including a burner, a thermal shielding board, a copper disk heating meter, and the parts to be tested, all contributing to the overall resistance of the system.
  • A pneumatic device, which is seamlessly integrated with the software, controls the movement of the heat-resistant shielding board and the sample holder, enabling automated operation.
  • The burner emits a thermal radiation flux of 80kW/㎡, directing a thermal radiation flame impact towards the underside of the sample.
  • Positioned above the sample, the copper disk heating meter continuously monitors and records the temperature on the reverse side of the sample.
  • Equipped with a cooling mechanism for the copper disk, the device significantly reduces the duration required for testing by enhancing the cooling process.
  • The software is programmed to automatically document the heating process of the copper disk, starting from an initial temperature of 25 degrees, and records the temperature at intervals of 12 seconds and 24 seconds during the test.
  • It also automatically logs three separate testing periods and calculates their average to determine the Heat Transfer Index (HTI).
  • Additionally, the test software is capable of automatically adjusting the heat flow density across the copper disk to ensure accurate measurements.
