ISO1716 Bomb Calorimeter Product Introduction:
This instrument is specially used to determine the combustion calorific value of building materials. It can accurately measure the total calorific value (high calorific value) and net calorific value (low calorific value) of combustion, which fully complies with the requirements of GB/T 14402-2007 "Determination of Combustion Calorific Value of Building Materials" and ISO 1716:2002 "Fire Reaction Test of Building Products-Determination of Combustion Calorific Value" international standards.
It adopts high-precision constant temperature oxygen bomb technology to ensure the stability and reliability of the test process. It is suitable for the calorific value analysis of various building materials, fireproof products and other solid combustibles, and provides accurate data support for product quality control, fireproof performance evaluation and scientific research experiments.

ISO1716 Bomb Calorimeter Features:

Calorimeter:
1. The outer cylinder of the calorimeter is a double-layer container with an insulating cover. The inner and outer walls are filled with insulating materials. The outer cylinder is filled with water. There is a 10mm gap around the outer wall and the inner wall of the calorimeter. The bomb is supported by three points with the smallest contact area.
2. The inner cylinder of the calorimeter: It is a polished metal container used to hold the oxygen bomb, which can completely immerse the oxygen bomb in water. The inner cylinder has an automatic water filling device. If the test water is insufficient, the equipment will automatically replenish it. The volume is 2200ml.
3. Agitator: Driven by a constant speed motor to avoid heat transfer of the calorimeter. The parts where the stirring shaft contacts the outer barrel cover and the outer barrel quality inspection are separated by an insulating gasket. A magnetic stirring device with the same performance is selected; stirring power: 3W; stirring speed inner cylinder: 375r/min.
4. Temperature measurement device: temperature resolution: 0.0001℃, using the American OMEGA high-precision PT100 sensor. Temperature measurement: temperature derivative of platinum resistance 1/1000;
5. Crucible: Made of stainless steel, two pieces are delivered.
6. Timer: Record test time, accurate to S, accuracy is 0.1s/h
