The high temperature oxygen index tester is designed and developed according to ISO 4589-3 (Elevated-temperature test) and NES 715 (British naval engineering standard), and is specifically used for evaluating the flame retardant properties of materials in high temperature environments. The equipment integrates a precision electric heating system based on the intelligent oxygen index tester, which can accurately preheat the mixed gas in the combustion tube and realize the determination of the ignition temperature of the material under different oxygen concentration conditions. It is suitable for the combustion characteristics analysis of plastics, composite materials and vertically fixed soft film materials of self-supporting vertical strip specimens (thickness ≤10.5mm), and can meet the stringent testing requirements for high temperature fire resistance of materials in aerospace, shipbuilding and other fields.
