The battery shell thermal release test equipment is a precision instrument designed to evaluate the thermal release characteristics of battery shell materials under high temperature, thermal runaway, or extreme conditions. The equipment simulates internal thermal runaway of the battery or external heat source impact to detect the high temperature resistance, flame retardancy, gas release and thermal stability of the shell material, ensuring that the battery shell meets safety standards (such as UL 2596, GB/T 36276, IEC 62619, etc.), providing key data support for battery safety and reliability.

Heat release test: Accurately measure the heat released by the battery shell under thermal runaway or high temperature conditions (unit: kW/m²).
Gas composition analysis: Detect the types of gases (such as CO, CO₂, HF, etc.) and concentrations generated during the heat release process to evaluate toxicity risks.
Flame retardant performance test: Evaluate the self-extinguishing time, flame spread rate, and combustion residue of the shell material.
Temperature-pressure monitoring: Real-time monitoring of the temperature and pressure changes inside the shell to simulate real thermal runaway scenarios.

3. Imported flame jet burner, can supply jet flame and sandblasting flame.
4. The outer size of the burner jet port is about 28.6mm in diameter, with 30 methane supply ports and 78 oxygen supply ports, and one sandblasting supply port.
5. The burner can provide 3kw jet flame and a 1.5g/s sandblasting flame.
6. The battery shell thermal release test equipment is equipped with an electric spark igniter for ignition.
7. An imported mass flow meter is used to control the methane flow and the oxygen flow.
