The building materials calorific value tester is a testing instrument used to measure the heat released when a material is completely burned. This equipment is a new type of analytical instrument developed based on previous similar products. Equipment System Composition

  • Calorimeter: The outer casing is powder-coated, giving it a clean and elegant appearance. The calorimeter consists of an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder. The outer cylinder is a double-walled container with an insulated lid, and the space between the inner and outer walls is filled with insulating material.
  • Calorimeter Bomb: The calorimeter bomb's lid houses the crucible and electronic ignition device. The lid and all sealing devices can withstand an internal pressure of 21 MPa. The inner wall of the bomb chamber can withstand the erosion of the sample's combustion products.
  • Temperature Measurement Device: A temperature measurement device and an electrode ignition device are installed in the upper cover of the calorimeter. During the test, the temperature measurement device measures the temperature of the inner cylinder.
