Combustibility Testing Machine ISO11925-2 for Building Materials

The Combustibility Testing Machine (ISO 11925-2) is designed to determine the combustibility of building materials under specified conditions. It evaluates building products by subjecting a vertically oriented specimen to direct impingement by a small flame, without any external radiant heat.

The flame height can be conveniently used to position the test specimen, while a flame-height gauge ensures the flame size strictly conforms to the requirements of the relevant standard. A programmable relay monitors and displays the total test duration, the combustion status of the specimen, and the duration of gas supply, allowing operators to clearly observe the entire testing process.

1. The floor must be level; the area must be well-ventilated and free from flammable, explosive, or corrosive gases and dust.
2. No sources of strong electromagnetic radiation should be present nearby.
3. Adequate space must be provided around the equipment for maintenance purposes.
4. Ambient temperature: 25°C – 35°C.
5. Power supply: AC 220V / 50Hz.
6. Allowable voltage fluctuation range: 220V ± 10%.
7. Allowable frequency fluctuation range: 50Hz ± 1%.
8. The user is required to provide a gas supply of appropriate capacity and a dedicated power supply at the installation site; this power supply must be used exclusively for this equipment.
