2 Burning torch:
2.1 The burning power of the Bunsen burner is 50W, which meets the requirements of IEC 60695-11-4:2004 flame A, B or C and ISO10093:1998P/PF2;
2.2 The inner diameter of the flame nozzle: Ф9.5±0.1mm, the steam nozzle: Ф0.9±0.03mm, and the height of the nozzle from the air inlet is 100±10mm;
2.3 The angle of the torch: 45 degrees for horizontal method and 90 degrees for vertical method;
2.4 The flame height: 15mm~45mm can be adjusted at will;

3 Temperature measurement system:
3.1 Copper block: diameter: Ф5.5±0.01mm, mass 1.76g±0.01g;
3.2 K-type thermocouple, armored thermocouple with wire diameter of 0.5mm, suitable for measuring temperature above 1050°C. Meet the requirements of GB/T16839-1997 standard;
3.3 Handheld thermometer matches K-type thermocouple. Its reading can be greater than 1000℃;
3.4 The whole test system is: movable, placed in the test box for temperature measurement;
3.5 Equipped with electronic stopwatch: accurate to 0.1S (standby during temperature measurement calibration).
4 Gas control:
4.1 Flowmeter: glass rotor flowmeter, flow range: 0~160mL/min adjustable;
4.2 Pressure gauge: suitable for pressure measurement in the range of 0~7.5kpa;
4.3 Regulating valve: adjust gas flow.
Sample fixture:
1 Test bracket: Made of stainless steel, divided into horizontal bracket and vertical bracket. There is a wire mesh under the horizontal bracket.
