The radiant panel flame propagation test system uses standardized thermal radiation sources (such as ASTM E162 and ISO 12136) to determine the ignition characteristics and flame propagation rate of building materials and composite materials under controlled thermal radiation conditions. The system provides compliance evidence for rail transportation (EN 45545), aerospace (FAR 25.853) and building fire protection (NFPA 286) by quantifying key parameters such as heat release rate (HRR), critical radiant flux (CRF) and flame spread index (FGI).

• The frame structure is made of stainless steel; beautiful and corrosion-resistant;
• The filter is equipped with a fan to supply air to the reflector
• Equipped with a pilot, electronic ignition, and automatic flameout safety monitoring device
• Stainless steel sample holder, with observation points every 3 inches to observe the progress of the flame front
• Stainless steel sample holder and pilot burner device
• Air flow meter, gas control valve, control the gas mixture sent to the radiation plate
• Stainless steel exhaust pipe with removable parts for easy cleaning of thermocouples, the exhaust pipe is equipped with 8 thermocouples according to the standard
