ISO 9869 U-value Testing Wall Heat Transfer Performance Tester
The ISO 9869 Wall Heat Transfer Performance Tester is developed in accordance with testing requirements for building envelope heat transfer coefficients specified in EN ISO 9869-1 and GB/T23483-2009. This instrument is dedicated to on-site detection of heat transfer coefficients for building walls and roofs.

Test Capacity
One single wall per test
Installation Method
Outer wall temperature sensors: Paste sensors on selected outer surface measuring points, securely connect wires to indoor box body.
Hot box installation: Hoist to proper height, apply thermal conductive silicone grease, paste temperature and heat flow sheets on measuring points, press hot box tightly against wall with clamping fixture.
On-site data connection: Connect power supply, turn on operation switch, check channel communication via "Signal Inspection" interface, start detection when all channels are normal.
Instrument Operation Instructions
Test Interface
Interface switching via right-side buttons: "Box Switching" for Box A/B/C selection; "Signal Inspection" for channel status; "Curve View" for parameter curves; "Parameter Setting" for test parameters.
Parameter Setting Interface
Set inner/outer surface heat transfer resistance according to standards or use defaults
Demonstration mode: Set to 0 for actual use
Test method: 0 for hot box method (inner wall hotter), 1 for cold box method (outer wall hotter)
Storage interval: Default 1min, set according to test requirements
Note: All parameters must remain within specified setting ranges.
Sensor Calibration Interface
Configure zero drift of temperature sensors and coefficient of heat flow meter sheets.
Sampling Record Interface
"Delete all stored data": Permanently deletes all sampling data (use with caution after data export)
"Refresh stored data": For abnormal data refresh situations
