ISO 9239-1 ISO 9239-2 Floor Covering Material Thermal Radiation Tester ASTM E648
ISO 9239 Floor Covering Material Thermal Radiation Tester Product Introduction:
Our floor radiant plate tester, called FRP, serves as a tip tool for assessing the critical thermal radiation flux involved in the flame stop transverse diffusion scenario. This innovative test method involves measuring the critical thermal radiation value of the floor cover combustion in a specific thermal radiation environment within the test box. By integrating complex smoke detection systems into separate units mounted in exhaust pipes, FRP is able to provide valuable insights into the key radiation flux associated with roof insulated floors. This advanced technology provides a comprehensive assessment of the combustion and diffusion characteristics of floor material samples under external thermal radiation conditions.
ISO 9239 Floor Covering Material Thermal Radiation Tester Standards:
• ISO 9239-1: Tests for the reaction of floor materials to fire - Part 1: Tests for the combustion performance of floor materials using a radiant heat source
• ISO 9239-2: Tests for the reaction of floor materials to fire - Part 2: Tests for the spread of flames at a heat flux of 25㎾/㎡
• ASTM E 648: Standard test for critical radiant flux of floor covering systems using radiant heat energy
• ASTM E 970: Standard test for critical radiant flux of attic insulation floors using radiant heat energy
• NFPA 253: Standard test method for critical radiant flux of siding covering systems using radiant heat energy
• GB/T 11785-2005

ISO 9239 Floor Covering Material Thermal Radiation Tester Features:
Structure:
1. All structural components are made of stainless steel, which is beautiful and corrosion-resistant;
2. The radiant heat source is a porous ceramic heat radiation plate 300mmX450mm, tilted 30°;
3. Calorimeter imported from the United States, measuring range 50KW/㎡;
4. The diameter of the pilot is 0.7mm, 19/EA, 60 degrees from the bottom of each center line
5. The standard board is made of calcium silicate board with a thickness of 20±1mm and a density of 850±100kg/m³ without coating; size 1050X250mm
6. A small stainless steel ignition nozzle assists in sample ignition.
7. Imported flow control valve to accurately control propane flow
8. Comes with a blower to provide air source, and uses gas for Venturi mixture test
Optical system:
1. The light path system includes a light source of 2900 ± 100 K color temperature incandescent lamp, the light source is a silicon photodiode, and is equipped with a shutter for light path testing, which is convenient for 0% and 100% calibration;
2. Imported photovoltaic modules measure the degree of light attenuation. The system automatically calculates the light transmittance and generates a light transmittance curve; the curve can be printed freely
Thermal radiation system:
1. The thermal radiation pyrometer has an accuracy of ±0.5°C and is about 1.4m away from the radiant plate;
2. The sensitivity of the radiation pyrometer is constant within the wavelength range of 1um~9um;
3. The high-performance K-type armored thermocouple has a diameter of 3.2mm and has an insulated and non-grounded hot contact; it is located 25mm below the top plate of the box and 100mm behind the inner wall of the box flue;
4. A radiation pyrometer with a detectable diameter range of 250mm and a blackbody temperature range of 480°C ~ 530°C should be used to adjust the heat flow on the surface of the heat radiation panel
5. Within the error range, measure the heat flux from the heat sink to the range of 110mm ~ 910mm, with an interval of 110mm
Control System:
1. Standard control cabinet, embedded integrated 10.2" touch screen
2. It has sound alarm and alarm accident display functions.
3. There is a USB/RS232 serial port on the control box, which can be externally connected to a desktop/laptop computer for operation and control, and test reports can be printed freely.
4. Programmable controller (PLC) control system
