Product Description

EN 50305 Toxicity Index (CIT) Tester

Product Introduce

Introducing our state-of-the-art CIT Toxicity Testing Instrument, designed to meet the stringent requirements of EN 50305:2020 for railway vehicle cables. This advanced system accurately measures the toxicity index (CIT) of cable insulation and sheath materials under thermal decomposition and combustion conditions. Equipped with a precision horizontal tube furnace and a high-sensitivity FTIR analyzer, it quantifies critical toxic gases such as CO, CO₂, HCN, and halogens at 800°C, ensuring compliance with no-halogen standards. Ideal for testing EN 50264, EN 50306, and EN 50382 series cables, our instrument guarantees reliable, repeatable results for enhanced safety in railway applications. Elevate your testing capabilities with unparalleled accuracy and efficiency.
