System Introduction

Lithium battery combustion and explosion experiment chamber is engineered for thermal runaway testing where batteries can explode rapidly, releasing massive energy instantly along with various toxic and harmful gases. The pressure-resistant tank is designed to withstand explosion shock pressurization processes.

While actual explosion energy varies with battery quantity and capacity, the test chamber is designed and manufactured for impact pressure capacity of 1MPa. Shock pressure characteristics include instantaneous pressure increase followed by rapid return to normal or slightly elevated pressure levels.
