Product Overview:

The FAA Aviation Material Combustion Test Chamber is a flame-retardant performance testing device specifically designed for non-metallic materials used in aircraft cabins. This equipment strictly adheres to the relevant testing standards of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and has also obtained domestic civil aviation airworthiness certification approval, making it an Aviation Material Combustion Test Chamber that combines international authority with domestic compliance.

Working Principle:

The Bunsen burner inside the chamber is ignited by an automatic ignition device, and the flame is precisely applied to the material sample in the sample holder according to a set time. The system automatically records the afterflame time, dripping time, and damage distance, thereby objectively determining the flame retardancy rating and combustion behavior of the material.
